Located in northern Germany, Hamburg Airport serves as an important hub for many airlines across Europe. Its location means many airlines from around the world visit the airport on a regular basis and developer Sim-Wings has brought the airport to Microsoft Flight Simulator to enable simmers to recreate many of those flights. Let’s take a look at how Sim-Wings has brought the busy airport to the sim.

Produced By Spencer.

Overall Summary
Sim-Wings has created a great model of Hamburg airport. It has some of the best ground textures we’ve seen in scenery and incredibly detailed airside modelling. Aside from small issues with the terminal, this scenery is very well done.

Dislikes
  • Interior terminal modelling leaves a little to be desired
  • Lack of fencing around the airport removes some realism
